Return & Refund Policy
At Standard Time Watches, we want you to love your purchase. Since all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), please inspect your watch when it arrives, before paying our courier partner.
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery only if:
- The watch arrives damaged or defective
- - You received the wrong item
- - The item does not match its description
To qualify, the watch must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Not eligible for return
- Change of mind after delivery
- - Damage caused after delivery
- - Items missing original packaging or proof of purchase
How to request a return
Contact us within 3 days of delivery at mahmedkhan124@gmail.com or +92 320 1481730 with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Since payment is collected on delivery, approved refunds are sent via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We're also happy to offer a free replacement or exchange instead.
